He has represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings, and related litigation. He finds satisfaction in solving difficult problems, helping companies reorganize under the small business Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code, and assisting LLC members in resolving business splits.
