Ted Cundick has over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate complex commercial litigation in Utah and beyond, including bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights. He has represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings, and related litigation. He finds satisfaction in solving difficult problems, helping companies reorganize under the small business Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code, and assisting LLC members in resolving business splits. Ted gained unique insights while clerking for Judge Bill Parker in the Eastern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court.
